1. Agreement

2. Your account

3. Subscriptions and renewal
Plans are paid in advance for the period you choose and renew automatically at the renewal price shown before you paid, unless you turn off auto-renewal before the renewal date. Turning it off keeps your plan active until the end of the paid period.
4. Refunds

5. Acceptable use
Don't use ProSwing for anything illegal, to attack or disrupt other systems, to send spam, to distribute malware, or in a way that harms the network or other users. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Service availability
We work to keep the service running, but it may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. Features may change as the product develops; we'll tell you about significant changes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; where that happens without fault on your side, we'll refund the unused part of your subscription.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operating company is registered, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
