What ProSwing Masters records about you, and why. Last updated 23 October 2026.
Data we hold
- Account: email address, display name, a hashed password, your join date and the IP of your registration.
- Play: every game run with timings and score, the ledger of points earned and spent, daily rewards, and every payout request together with the email it goes to.
- Support: the name, email address and message you submit, and the IP address it was sent from.
Purpose
We use it to keep your account working, credit points, catch fraud and duplicate accounts, pay out rewards and reply to you. Selling data is not something we do, and the site shows no third-party ads.
Sharing
Only the details a payout needs go to PayPal or the gift card company; authorities get data only where a legal obligation applies.
Cookies
There is a single essential cookie, used to keep your session alive and to secure our forms. Fonts, stylesheets and scripts are self-hosted, so no external server is contacted.
Retention
We keep it while your account exists; after closure, only as long as bookkeeping and fraud prevention legally need it.
